Reuben Eaton Fenton (1819-1885)

For over twenty years Reuben Eaton Fenton was the leading citizen of the Jamestown region. He played a prominent role in Abraham Lincoln's re-election for president in 1864. While his life was not long, it was a very active one and touched upon many events of historical importance.
